    There is no minimum requirement for your membership, and since each customized program runs for 12 weeks, we strongly encourage you to commit to at least 12 weeks so that you can get through your first full cycle of programming. And if you are not getting results but are following your program to a ‘T’, we have a 60 day refund policy. It’s outlined in full and HERE.

    Whether you plan to dedicate a lot of time or a little to building your Six Pillars, UB works with you. Some UB Members do 1 hour of UB training a few times a week. Others do 20 minutes several days a week. Still others have broken up their custom program into little blocks interspersed throughout the day. And still others are using it as the first 30 minutes of their workout, before leading into their specific sport or activity. Along with guidelines I’ll give you as part of your custom training plan, our UB Support Team is here to help you find a schedule that works for you.
