Podcast: Eat Move Live 52

I want you to get out and enjoy moving your body in nature in whatever way suits you best…

Whether that’s tending to a little herb garden on your patio, hiking the Appalachian Trail, riding your bike down the bike path, or anything else! In this recent interview on the Eat Move Live 52 podcast, I got to share about my own experience of cycling through times of life where I spent lots of time outdoors, and times of life where I was more averse to the whole idea of ‘outside’.

I also shared about I teach movement and fitness as a means to make you more capable for whatever life throws your way, and I shared tips on how to expand your comfort zone with Nature and movement in it so you can expand your connection to Nature.
