When you think about being fitter, one of the goals you probably think of is “I want to have good posture.” Folks tend to correlate “good posture” with being fit. But is that an accurate correlation?
Do you wonder if having good posture is a guarantee that you won’t have ache and pains? Or perhaps you were wondering what position you were supposed to take to be in “good posture”?

If you’re like most of the people I’ve talked to, you’ve seen those gadgets online… The ones that promise to make your health and fitness better simply by using them. So what’s the deal? Do these things work?
I was recently contacted by a company that makes one of these gadgets. They asked if I’d test and review the product for them.
