Whether you want to feel good living your daily life, or you want to become fit and capable enough to take on a big adventure, you need to have a strong foundation in your body. And when you feel strong, capable, and unbreakable, you can do anything with confidence.

My friend Lorrie Mickelson, who is a movement teacher and habit guru based out of Ontario, hosted a virtual summit recently and she let me share a short clip from our talk about the Six Pillars of an unbreakable body.
