My good friend, Sarah Smith, is a fitness coach and expert in pelvic floor health. She has experienced pelvic floor prolapse and now helps people learn about, and build, the health of their pelvic floors. She recorded this interview with me a few years back as an expert session with some of my Unbreakable Body students. I re-watched it recently and it’s so good I’m sharing it with all of you.
I strongly encourage you to learn about pelvic floor health. You may not deal with issues there currently, but understanding how issues and challenges develop there is a good way to help you avoid those issues in the future.
