What equipment do I need for this course? All equipment are things that you either already have around your home or gym, or that are easily acquired. Here's what you'll need: -two small, sturdy, balls, - a pillow or two, or bolsters (folded up blankets work also work), - a yoga block, or similarly sized household object, - a chair, bench, or couch for putting your feet on, - a dumbbell, kettlebell, or household object, with a weight in the range of 5-25lbs OR a resistance loop, - a piece of tape you can affix to a wall that will remove itself easily OR a squat rack
Do I have to be advanced at exercise to do the program? Not at all! This can be your first step into training your hips to feel and move better, and you'll be able to progress through the training. The workbook and video voiceovers will guide you along, and the reps and sets are given in a range so that you can work at the right amount for you.
What if I'm advanced at exercise? If your hips need to work better than they do, then let's do the work to make them work better so that you can keep charging ahead at whatever advanced level you like to work at.
Does this course take up a lot of time? Each week's training takes between 15 minutes (if you're someone who zips through things) and 40 minutes (if you're someone who wants to take it slow and steady). There's no rush to be the fastest in this course. 😉
Can I do this course as my main program? Yes. It works as a standalone program if you just want to focus on your hips for right now. If and when you'd like to combine it with another workout or training program, see the next question.
Can I do this course if I'm doing another style of workout or training? This course works in conjunction with other s&c or sports training programs.
I've had a hip replacement. Is this course for me? No. Mainly because you will have unique needs with your unique hip replacement, and so working with someone - me or another trainer you love - in a 1-on-1 setting is a much more appropriate way to go if you've had a hip replacement.
Do I get to keep the course when I'm done with the 8 weeks? Yep! This course is yours to keep and use forever.
I am already an Unbreakable Body Member. Do I need to buy this program? Yes. This course is updated and varied from training materials you've seen in past cycles of your programming.
