One-on-one coaching is the very best, most comprehensive, way to get the training, guidance, and support, you need to achieve your biggest goals.
Your 'biggest goals' might look like this...
I want to finally get rid of my knee pain so I can get back to my favorite activity, running.
Or they may look like this...
I've been working to do more acrobatic skills but I keep running into hurdles that hold up my progress...wrists, feet, neck, shoulders, it's always something...and I'd like to address all of these hurdles.
Or, they could look like this...
I'd like to be strong enough to do pull-ups, as well as lose some weight, and maybe do a hike on our vacation out west next summer. But I'm not sure what to do and I'm paranoid I'll do the wrong things.
Goals can look like an infinite number of things...
And I'm thrilled to craft the plan to help you achieve them all, as well as support you the entire way with feedback, encouragement, accountability, and motivation.
What One-On-One Coaching Includes
We'll go through a collection of movement tests to evaluate your passive and active ranges of motion, determine the control you have of your joints and tissues, and determine what are the greatest areas of opportunity to focus on so you can make a solid path to reach your goals. (60-70 minute session)
The data I collected at our Movement Assessment is what I will use to craft your training plan. I will walk you through your training plan in the Coaching Session, including demonstrating the drills, and have you try them too so that you can feel what it should feel like. This session is recorded and you will get a copy of the recording so you can re-watch any exercises you want to review for technique. (60 minute session)
To ensure you are ready to be fully successful, I encourage my students to send an email check-in and video so I can provide technique checks on your drills. It works best when you do this at both at the onset of the program (to make sure you're set to jet on form and technique), and at the midpoint of the program (to see if any drills need major adjustment due to your progress). (usually done at the end of week 1 and at week 4)
One-On-One Coaching Isn't For Everyone, But It Is For People Who...
Believe that feeling great and moving well makes the rest of their life better.
Know that investing in self-improvement through physical pursuits makes them a better person.
Value having the utmost specificity in their training program so that no time is wasted on the path to achieving their goals.
