Is the program entirely online? Yes. Your program is housed in The Unbreakable Body Dashboard, in a special section just for the UB Jump Start: Beginner Track programming.

I've been exercising for awhile, is this program for me? If you've been training your body for several months or longer, and you feel you've got good control of your mobility and strength, this program is likely not for you. You'd be better served in the UB Jump Start: Experienced Track (click here to view that program).

What equipment will I need? The program is made to be very friendly to folks who may not have a gym membership. All you will need is a bench/ottoman/couch, a stick/broom, a weight or heavy household item like a backpack with books in it, and a small ball like a tennis ball or lacrosse ball.

Can I do this program with my current injuries? You should always consult with your doctor about what kind of restrictions they have for you regarding your injuries. If you are a point where you can do your own training again, you may bring this program onto your journey but please use your best judgement and do not do anything that causes pain.

Will I have the program forever? Yes. Your one-time purchase gets you lifetime access.

Is this program customized? No. It is a ready-made eight week program containing the most beneficial exercises and drills I've used in my coaching the last two decades to help people increase mobility, improve strength, and become unbreakable.
